Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before you pay

Every student can try AuraKlass on the free plan first, so you can check that it suits you before buying.

Refunds

• If you are not happy with a paid plan, email us within 7 days of payment with your registered email and payment reference, and we will refund the full amount.
• If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund the extra amount whenever you tell us.
• After 7 days, plans are not refundable, because a plan is valid only until the exam date shown at purchase.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Tuition centres and schools

Bulk plans for centres and schools can be cancelled within 7 days of payment for unused student seats.

Cancellation

Plans do not renew automatically. You can stop using AuraKlass at any time and ask us to delete your account.
